Activating the software
The activation process allows users that purchased a license to use the acquired software according to the purchased license rights.
Request Code : The request code consists of a user hardware key and user name information and is encrypted.
Activation Code : It means the product activation code that Imagine Builder delivers to user. Imagine Builder will send the activation code to the user via e-mail when it is confirmed that the request code sent by the user matches the purchase information.
Users who purchased the product must activate the product using the following procedure.(Step 1 ~ Step 3)
Step 1
Install the app first, then launch commercial software (such as Autodesk Revit). This will bring up the ‘Imagine Builder App License Manager’ dialog as shown below, where you can see the ‘Request Code’.
Step 2
Send an email to info@imbu.co.kr, including the request code, name, and email address.
- Imagine Builder will check the request code, name and email address and email you the activation code.
- The product can be used for 15 days without activation and must be activated within 15 days. For smooth use, a basic period of 15 days is provided.
Step 3
- Paste the activation code you received from Imagine Builder into the Imagine Builder App License Manager Activation.
- Press the “Activation” button to complete the activation.
Subscription
Subscription Expiration : Activation Code contains an encrypted subscription expiration date and cannot run on subscription expiration.
Subscription Renewal : If subscribed, you can request an activation code at any time.

In such cases, the archived information shall be used only for storage purposes, and the retention period shall be used only within the scope of the purpose of storage prescribed by the relevant statutes unless explicitly agreed by the user.

Destruction of personal information
a. In principle, Imagine Builder shall destroy personal information without delay when the period of preservation of personal information expires or the purpose of processing is achieved. However, this is not the case when it is required to be preserved under other laws. The cancellation procedure, deadline and method are as follows.

- Information entered by users shall be destroyed in accordance with internal policies and related statutes after the expiration of the preservation period or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
